We require a 30 day notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation, you will forfeit your deposit.

The minimum stay is 2 nights and 3 nights during holidays and long weekend

There is no maximum nights per stay. We offer discount of 20% for the stays that are over 7 nights

The check-in time is 4pm or later. For convenience we offer self check-in.

The check-out time is 11 am

We are pet friendly but extra cleaning fee might apply. Usually, the extra fee depends on the amount of time it is required for our cleaning lady to clean after the pet.

There is an accidental deposit ($1000-$1500 depending on the cottage), that is collected at the time making a reservation. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit is fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out.
